Crime fiction blogs worth investigating (part 5)
Another week, another update to our series about crime fiction blogs we suggest reading. If you haven’t visit them yet, do it now.
The Crime Segments

This is the virtual Crime Fiction shelf in the wider The Year in Books: a Casual Reader’s Journal by Nancy in Florida. A great selection of work in translation and engagingly presented reviews. Nancy’s a real reader’s reader!
The Guardian: Crime Fiction

Perhaps not quite a blog in its most conventional sense, this is timely, interesting and varied discussion in and around the genre from my favourite UK newspaper, The Guardian. Big names, great writing. That’s the advert over.
Crime Fiction Lover
http://www.crimefictionlover.com
A brilliant site for ‘die hard crime fans’. Tons of content, great concise writing, lots of reviews, news and interviews. What more do you need?
Crimepieces

It always shines through when a reviewer has a passion and it does here on Sarah Ward’s popular site. And her own debut novel, In Bitter Chill, has been picked up by Faber and Faber, no less. Watch out for it on this site some time in 2015.
Col’s Criminal Library

Interviews, books, telly and personal observations from Col, a man who takes a reading challenge very seriously indeed. Great fun.
Thanks for the shout out! Off to check out your reviews now and see what I’ve missed.
